- The objective of the IT trainer is to provide training to employees on a variety of IT-related topics including the basics, front end, back end, database, 3rd parties, CI/CD processes etc. The goal is to ensure developing full stack software development skills in the team along with enhancing their analytical and logical abilities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Understand the company’s growth perspective and the need to adopt the emerging technologies and do well in the existing tech stacks.
- Prepare the training plan, curriculum, assessments for the given tech stacks
- Ensure practical and theoretical demonstration of all the given technologies
- Conduct staff training mainly in MEAN (advanced version of Angular) and MERN (advanced versions of React and Node) stack
- Typescript training is a must
- Also ensure preparing the base for the freshers/juniors by making them learn the basics such as OOPs, MVC, core JS, HTML, CSS etc
- Specifically include Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap 5.x in your training
- Be able to and willing to explore any given technology, be it existing or emerging, to first understand the same and then to train a limited staff in that particular technology.
- Ensure good knowledge of the cloud databases, be it AWS or Azure
- Analyze the need of each department to train their staff on, and make training plan accordingly
- Create and maintain a library of all training materials
- Evaluate the trainees, prepare their performance reports, and make recommendations for improvement
- Help the business development team in doing R&D on topics as per their requirement and help them in preparing technical/semi-technical responses for the clients
- Also help the business development team in designing the technical architecture diagrams for different stacks that can be effectively used in our sales proposals
- Help in campus drives and interviewing freshers for the internship
- Providing technical support to the team
- Help the team to clear the certification in different technologies
