**About Us**

We are looking for an energetic and result-driven **Corporate Trainer** to design and deliver impactful training programs for our employees across functions such as **sales, customer service, delivery, and operations**.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Design, develop, and deliver training modules on **sales techniques, soft skills, product knowledge, compliance, and customer service**.
- Conduct **induction/orientation sessions** for new hires.
- Assess individual and team training needs; create customized learning paths.
- Use innovative methods (role plays, case studies, e-learning, workshops) to enhance engagement.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance improvements.
- Maintain updated training records and prepare monthly reports for management review.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify performance gaps and design solutions.
- Drive a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or relevant field.
- Certification in Training/Instructional Design (preferred).
- 2-5 years of experience as a **Corporate Trainer / L&D professional**.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Strong understanding of **sales & customer service training**.
- Ability to connect with diverse teams and motivate them.
