**Job Title**: Telesales Staff (Work from Home)

**Location**: India

**Positions Available**: 2

We are seeking experienced Telesales Staff to join our team. This is a work-from-home opportunity, ideal for professionals with a strong background in telesales and a proven track record of cold calling and securing appointments for meetings.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct cold calls to potential customers.
- Engage and build rapport with prospects.
- Schedule appointments for meetings with our sales team.
- Achieve weekly and monthly appointment targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments in our CRM system.

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years of experience in telesales or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.

**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month, based on experience and performance.

At present, the role involves remote work. However, following the establishment of the Chennai branch, the expectation is to transition to office-based work.

Interview will be conducted through Zoom

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
