**ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY**

Reporting to the Manager, People Partner APAC, this role is an integral part of our world-class People Team. As we work together to enhance the way we do business, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the company including engineering, professional services, customer support, and G&A functions.

You will have the opportunity to work on owning the execution and operational foundation within the APAC region, with a focus on Korea, India, and Taiwan. In this role, you will partner with the regional and global People Team on a day-to-day basis We are looking for someone who can roll up their sleeves to help make Wind River the best place to work.

**Responsibilities**
- Respond to day-to-day people operations inquiries and serve as the first point of contact for employees to address and resolve their requests, concerns
- Administer New Hire Orientation and facilitate onboarding tasks for all employees
- Support all employee data-related tasks, while ensuring the highest level of data integrity, confidentiality, and security
- Conduct exit interviews, and process all tasks related to off-boarding
- Provides advice, assistance, and follow-up on company policies, procedures, and documentation
- Recommend process improvements, identify issues, and make suggestions as to appropriate
- Contribute to company-wide initiatives as they relate to operations, security, and compliance

**Qualifications**
- 2+ years of People Operations/HR experience, preferably in the tech industry and at a startup
- Demonstrated ability to work within and be successful in a high-growth environment, adapting and adjusting quickly to changing priorities
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with your own work and the work of others
- Strong understanding of HRIS solutions
- Excellent communication skills: the ability to translate data for different audiences
- Experience working in a collaborative team environment
- The ability to build and maintain successful relationships with all levels of the organization by achieving credibility and influencing key decisions
- Demonstrated discretion and sound judgment in handling sensitive and confidential data
- Demonstrated project management skills and ability to execute projects independently and resourcefully
