Stores Associate and Admin (Female) - **Inventory Management**: - Receive and inspect incoming materials, tools, and parts from suppliers. - Maintain accurate stock levels and record all inventory movements in the system. - Perform regular stock checks and update inventory records to ensure accurate stock counts. - Ensure that materials are stored correctly to prevent damage or deterioration. - **Material Handling**: - Organize and maintain storage areas for raw materials, parts, and finished goods. - Prepare materials and supplies required for production, ensuring items are available and accessible when needed. - Ensure that the materials are sorted, labeled, and ready for use by production teams. - **Order Fulfillment**: - Pick and pack materials and products based on production orders and requests. - Ensure materials are delivered to the correct departments and production lines in a timely manner. - Assist with ensuring the proper documentation (e.g., delivery notes, inventory sheets) is maintained for all transactions. - **Health and Safety Compliance**: - Follow all safety guidelines for storing and handling materials, including hazardous substances if applicable. - Report any safety concerns, equipment malfunctions, or potential hazards to management. - Ensure all materials are stored in compliance with legal and company regulations. - **Stock Rotation**: - Ensure that stock rotation follows the "first in, first out" (FIFO) method to minimize material waste. - **Team Collaboration**: - Work closely with the production team to ensure that materials are available when needed. - Assist with other departments (e.g., procurement or logistics) to meet the demands of production schedules. - **Administrative Support**: - Maintain accurate records of material usage, stock movements, and any discrepancies. - Assist with the preparation of reports for inventory audits and other departmental needs. **Qualifications**: - Previous 1 to 2 years of experience in a warehouse or manufacturing store role is preferred. - Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic computer software (e.g., Excel or warehouse management systems). - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
