Salesforce Developer

Description:We are seeking Salesforce Developers with hands-on experience in design, development, deployment, and maintenance of Salesforce applications. Must be proficient in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, Asynchronous Apex, and Flows. Should have strong experience in building REST/SOAP integrations and implementing scalable solutions following best practices.Responsibilities:Participate in all phases of the software development life cycle including functional analysis, development of technical requirements, testing, deployment and support.Collaborate with Admins, Business Analysts, and Architects to understand functional requirements and deliver the proper technical implementation.Design, develop, and deploy scalable, high-performance Salesforce applications on Salesforce Platform making best use of the available features, especially LWC and Apex.Review existing code or feature, troubleshoot to identify bugs, implement bug fixes, and identify necessary code changes.Adopt industry best practices and use efficient design patterns for all of the development efforts to ensure top-tier quality, better maintenance and scalability of the deliverables.Ensure proper test coverage and unit testing for all Apex code customizations.End to end proactive ownership combined with ability to provide clear communication on progress and status, commitment to excellence and the ability to thrive in a team environmentProactively identify new features or practices arising in the SFDC community, and propose ways to adopt them for process improvement and productivity boost.Ability to understand, adhere and properly execute the change management (release) process for implementing new and updated applications/code.Requirements:Should be proficient about the multi-tenant architecture of Salesforce platform and knowledgeable to leverage Profiles, Permission sets, Roles, Sharing Settings, Sharing Rules and Restriction rules to define the access of data and features precisely for various users on the Salesforce platformShould be able to model business requirements into object relational models using options provided by Salesforce platform.Should be familiar with various declarative development features on Salesforce’s platform like Object Manager, Flow Builder, Flow Orchestration, Approval Processes, Matching and Duplicate rules, Validation rules, etc.Should be able to make necessary code customisations when required using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex Controllers, Apex Triggers, and various Asynchronous Apex constructs.Should be proficient in using Custom Metadata Types in conjugation with Apex code on the Salesforce platform to store and retrieve portable business logic that could be part of deployable artifact.Should be familiar with use of the latest Salesforce tooling options like sfdx-cli or sf-cli with any IDE and extension packs of choice (preferably Visual Studio Code) for effective source driven development practice.Should be familiar with use of version control softwares (preferably GIT based solutions) and ways to integrate it into software development lifecycle for source driven development practice using SFDX on Salesforce platformSolid experience with building integrations to and from third party systems using Apex as REST /SOAP web-service callouts is mandatory.Solid experience in exposing custom Apex REST API end points for consumption from external systems.Proficient in handling complex JSON data structures using custom Apex wrapper classes and managing BLOB data payloads efficiently.Being familiar with implementation of custom inbound email services.Should have a solid understanding of various Apex governor limits and be able to handle aspects of business logic asynchronously in separate execution contexts with proper queuing.Should be knowledgeable of best coding practices for ensuring high performance within the constraints of all Apex governor limits.Should be proficient with maintaining maximum test coverage through test classes and should be able to use mock objects and classes to ensure coverage for code especially for code involving callout to external systems.Should have experience working with bulk data migration jobs in Salesforce using data loader or any other tools.Salesforce Platform Developer I, App Builder, or Administrator certification.
