**Job Title: Media Buyer / Performance Marketer**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Media Buying**: Plan, negotiate, and purchase advertising space across various media channels including digital, print, broadcast, and outdoor to reach target audiences effectively.
- **Campaign Management**: Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns across multiple platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, and programmatic advertising networks.
- **Audience Targeting**: Utilize audience segmentation and targeting techniques to reach specific demographics, interests, and behaviors, optimizing ad placements for maximum ROI.
- **Budget Management**: Allocate advertising budgets efficiently across campaigns and channels to achieve desired performance metrics while maximizing return on investment (ROI).
- **Optimization**: Continuously monitor campaign performance metrics such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and cost per acquisition (CPA), and adjust targeting, messaging, and bidding strategies to optimize campaign performance.
- **A/B Testing**: Conduct A/B tests to experiment with different ad creatives, copy variations, landing page designs, and audience segments, identifying winning combinations that drive the best results.
- **Performance Analysis**: Analyze campaign data and performance metrics using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and advertising platform dashboards, providing insights and recommendations for optimization and improvement.
- **Attribution Modeling**: Implement attribution models to accurately measure the contribution of each marketing channel and touchpoint in the customer journey, informing budget allocation and strategy decisions.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams including creative, content, and analytics teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives and brand messaging.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in performance marketing and media buying, continuously seeking opportunities for innovation and optimization.

**Requirements**:

- **Digital Marketing Skills**: Proficiency in digital marketing channels and platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, and programmatic advertising networks.
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze performance metrics, and derive actionable insights to drive campaign optimization.
- **Budget Management**: Experience managing advertising budgets, forecasting performance, and optimizing spending to achieve campaign goals and maximize ROI.
- **A/B Testing**: Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and tools to conduct experiments and optimize ad creatives, messaging, and targeting strategies.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Understanding of marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and advertising platform dashboards to track and measure campaign performance.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and media vendors.
- **Project Management**: Strong project management skills to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- **Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field preferred.**

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
