**ROLE**:Sales Executive - Machinery and Equipment**
**LOCATION**:Vadodara, Gujarat
**REPORTING TO**:Managing Director
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Identifying prospects and analyzing market potential
- Developing business plans and strategies
- Managing business development activities across all regions of India - West, North, East & South
- Leading the sales team to achieve their targets
- Managing all areas of sales such as presenting products/services, negotiating contracts, pricing & closing the sales
- Analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies to identify market gaps and develop competitive advantage
- Creating accurate quotes for potential clients
- Maintaining regular communication with clients and prospects to ensure their needs are met and to foster strong relationships
- Conducting financial analysis, tracking sales performance, and forecasting revenue projections to assess business growth opportunities and make informed decisions
- Effectively manage daily leads on Indiamart, Tradeindia, and any other market platforms
- Maintain precise and up-to-date records of all sales related activities
- Proactively identify potential opportunities for expanding into new markets, both domestically and internationally
- Manage & develop a team of efficient sales executives
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- You should have a minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in B2B sales, specifically in the field of Testing Machines
- Preferably engineering & MBA graduate
- Good command in MS Office especially Excel & PPT
- Excellent written & spoken communication skills in English, Hindi &/Gujarati or any other native language
- Excellent time management & planning
- Good Team management skills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift

- Yearly bonus
