**JOB DESCRIPTION**
If you are a strategic thinker passionate about driving solutions in Wealth Management, Global Derivative Solutions cross asset Product Specialist, you have found the right team.

We’re looking for exceptionally talented individuals who are collaborative and motived with a background in Currencies, Commodity, Equity or Fixed Income derivative products across OTC or Structured Notes.

The Private Bank Global Derivative Solutions desk focuses on cross asset derivatives in Equities, Currencies, Commodities & Fixed Income derivatives. We develop strategic market views that we market to advisors and clients and analyze client portfolios to determine the best implementation vehicles to express or protect against market views using derivative and structured products.

As part of the dynamic team, you will have an opportunity to participate in all parts of this process and be able to create an impact via your data analytics, communication, and problem-solving skills. The Global Derivative Solutions team seeks to provide comprehensive coverage alongside our global team in New York, London, Hong Kong and Singapore which all partner closely on a day-to-day basis in a coordinated way.

In this position, you will be responsible for creating and updating marketing materials, driving efficiencies in sales management, and providing trade analytics along with providing coverage and risk management for our suite of derivative solutions products in the Global Private Bank. The team is primarily based in Mumbai and interacts with all global counterparts.

**Responsibilities**:_ _
- Develop market knowledge in Equities, FX, Commodities and Fixed Income derivative solutions in the full product range, including derivatives and structured products.
- Manage various risk controls impacting the desk (XVA, Credit risk etc.) and follow risk & compliance policies and procedures.
- Provide education and assist creation of marketing materials (including pitch books) for sales force and clients.Handling any ACL needs (inbox management, questions, reporting needs, etc.).
- Assist the marketing effort of trade ideas and contribute to internal marketing forums (creating slides and content for the daily morning meeting)
- Prepare, monitor and communicate business metrics to management on a periodic basis.
- Prepare and maintain detailed metrics and identify key trends to proactively develop resources for the sales force.
- Partnering well across internal stakeholders (Asset Class Leaders (ACL’s), Structuring, Business Management, Product Development, Middle Office, Investment Bank partners etc. as needed.).

**Required qualifications, capabilities and skills**
- 4-7 years of work experience in wealth management, financial services, or a related field.
- CA/MBA/CFA (charter holder or pursuing)/CAIA.
- Knowledge and experience in the Derivatives (any asset class).
- Strong initiative, energy and confidence completing assignments with limited supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Excel and PowerPoint, as well as Tableau.
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) and relationship management skills.
- Strong team player with an entrepreneurial predisposition and strong interpersonal skills as required to interact with personnel across the team and firm.

- Sensitivity to discretely handle highly confidential and related client/manager information
- Comfort with organizing and interpreting large amounts of data.
