As we continue scaling our operations, we are seeking a tech-savvy and detail-oriented **ERP & Workflow Systems Administrator** to take ownership of our internal systems built on the ASAP Dataforce platform.

This is a key role within our operations and technology team, responsible for configuring, managing, and optimising our end-to-end appointment, sales, and commission processes across the business.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Maintain and configure **ASAP Dataforce** forms, workflows, appointment question sets, and CRM data flows.
- Manage internal logic for **commission structures**, overrides, and performance-based incentives.
- Modify and troubleshoot **form mapping**, field configurations, conditional logic, and business rules.
- Ensure data integrity, alignment with compliance requirements, and support new feature requests from operations and sales teams.
- Liaise with department heads to understand workflow needs and implement system-level solutions.
- Maintain internal documentation of changes, updates, and logic flows.
- Support continuous improvement by recommending system automations or upgrades.

**Key Requirements**
- Prior experience working with **ERP or CRM systems** (experience with ASAP Dataforce is **highly desirable**).
- Ability to manage **workflow automations**, **form logic**, and system configurations independently.
- Strong understanding of sales/operations workflows, commission logic, and data mapping.
- Proficiency in working across departments to gather requirements and implement solutions.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage updates in a live system environment.
- Basic scripting (HTML/JavaScript) knowledge is a bonus but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Freelance
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
