**Location**: New Delhi, Mohan Estate (Office-Based for First 6 Months (For Freshers) First 3 Months (For Experienced), Potential for Remote Work Post Evaluation)

**Organization**: US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)

**Shift**: Night Shift (8 PM - 5 AM)

**Work Schedule**: 5 Days a Week with Rotational Weekdays Off (Weekend Working is Compulsory)

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Patient Care Coordinator to join our team in the US Healthcare RCM sector. This entry-level position is ideal for freshers who possess excellent communication skills and are eager to launch a career in healthcare. You will be responsible for managing patient referrals and verifying eligibility, ensuring a smooth process for patients in need of medical services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in managing patient referrals for various healthcare services.
- Verify eligibility and coverage for patients with insurance providers.
- Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure quality patient care and service delivery.
- Address patient inquiries and provide solutions in a timely manner.
- Adhere to company policies and healthcare regulations while maintaining confidentiality.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree 0-4 years are encouraged to apply.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues.
- Basic knowledge of healthcare systems and insurance processes is a plus but not mandatory.
