Apptrics LLC is hiring Senior Bench Sales Recruiters / Lead Bench Sales

Timings: 07:30 PM IST to 04:30 AM IST

Required Experience: 2 to 6+ Years
- Must have excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Must have strong knowledge of US Staffing and Bench Sales.
- Must have worked mostly with Tier 1/ Prime vendors.
- Good knowledge of US tax terms like C2C, W2 & 1099
- Knowledge of visa classification Terms, Rules & Policies H1B, OPT, Stem OPT, H4 EAD
- Must be a results-oriented self-starter with the ability to meet deadlines.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Submitting consultant's profiles to Prime / Tier 1 Vendors.
- Marketing Bench Consultants by posting/submitting their resumes on various job portals.
- Coordinating with consultants & understanding their skills, informing them about requirements and submitting as per their comfort.
- Interacting and Developing Tier 1/Prime vendor network and making sure consultant is placed in minimum turnaround time.
- Updating about screenings, interviews with the consultants and management.
- Negotiating and taking rate confirmation before submitting the consultant's CV to vendors.
- Handling post-interview aspects such as follow-up with the vendor for interview feedback
