**Job Summary**:
The AC Plant Operator is responsible for the operation, maintenance, and monitoring of Air Conditioning (AC) plants to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency. This role involves handling central cooling systems, ensuring uninterrupted service, and troubleshooting any operational issues related to the AC plant.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Operation of AC Plant**:

- Operate and monitor central air conditioning plants, including chillers, compressors, cooling towers, pumps.
- Adjust and control operating parameters like temperature, humidity, and pressure to ensure a comfortable environment.
- Start-up and shutdown of the AC plant according to prescribed procedures.
- **Record Keeping & Reporting**:

- Log daily readings of equipment such as temperature, pressure, and electrical consumption.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and any repairs conducted.
- Prepare reports on the plant’s performance, energy consumption, and any downtime or operational issues.
- **Safety & Compliance**:

- Follow all safety protocols and standard operating procedures when operating or maintaining equipment.
- Ensure that all AC systems comply with industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
- Handle refrigerants safely and responsibly, adhering to environmental laws.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- ITI/Diploma/Certificate in HVAC, Refrigeration, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- 2-4 years of experience working in HVAC or chiller plant operations.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, chillers, compressors, pumps, cooling towers, and electrical controls.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, electrical diagrams, and technical manuals.
- Familiarity with Building Management Systems (BMS) for monitoring and controlling plant operations.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills to coordinate with maintenance and management teams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- **Ready to commute within the state as per the requirement**.

**Working Conditions**:

- May require shift work, including nights and weekends.
- Must be able to work in confined spaces and at heights.
- Exposure to noise, high temperatures, and moving mechanical parts.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks such as climbing ladders and working in various weather conditions.

Pay: ₹11,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
