We are seeking a highly skilled HR Professional to manage the entire Human Resources function at our Ambattur plant.

This is a unique opportunity to be a key enabler of people operations in a growing tech-driven organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, employee relations, payroll and compliance, HR operations, and performance management.

  • Recruit and onboard talent from various backgrounds
  • Manage employee grievances and engage with staff through welfare activities
  • Ensure timely payroll processing and compliance with labor laws
  • Maintain accurate employee records and generate HR MIS reports
  • SUPPORT performance management processes and identify training needs

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Plant HR functions (preferably in a manufacturing setup)
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills

You will report directly to the Head – HR (Corporate).
