We're now looking for an
Amazon Growth Manager
who will take complete ownership of our Amazon business — from listings and ads to strategy and revenue growth. This is a high-impact role where you'll act as the
mini-CEO of the Amazon channel
.

What You'll Do

  • End-to-End Amazon Ownership
    – Manage product listings, SEO, catalog uploads, A+ content, and storefront optimization.
  • Scale Revenue
    – Build & execute strategies to grow sales month-on-month, drive higher visibility, and expand product reach.
  • Ads & Promotions
    – Plan and manage Amazon Advertising campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Display) with a sharp eye on ROAS.
  • Data & Analytics
    – Track performance dashboards, analyze competitor trends, and take data-driven decisions.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination
    – Work closely with operations for inventory, design team for creatives, and customer support for reviews/NDR cases.
  • Compliance & Hygiene
    – Ensure listings, pricing, and policies comply with Amazon guidelines to avoid penalties/suspensions.
  • Growth Experiments
    – Identify new opportunities like Lightning Deals, Amazon Vine, and explore category expansion.

What We're Looking For

  • 2–4 years of
    hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    Amazon Ads, keyword research, and marketplace SEO
    .
  • Analytical mindset with ability to
    read numbers and act fast
    .
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills.
  • A
    growth hacker mindset
    – someone who thinks beyond execution and drives outcomes.
