Key Responsibilities:
Product Listing & Catalog Management
Create, update, and optimize product listings with accurate descriptions, images, keywords, and specifications.
Ensure all SKUs are correctly listed on Amazon and Flipkart.
Inventory & Order Management
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse team for timely replenishment.
Manage daily order processing, returns, and exchanges.
Pricing & Promotions
Implement competitive pricing strategies.
Plan and execute promotional campaigns, lightning deals, and seasonal sales.
Performance Analysis
Track sales performance, customer reviews, and marketplace reports.
Suggest improvements based on analytics to enhance visibility and conversions.
Customer Service
Respond promptly to customer queries, complaints, and feedback.
Maintain high seller ratings and compliance with marketplace policies.
Compliance & Policy Adherence
Ensure all listings meet Amazon & Flipkart guidelines.
Stay updated with changes in marketplace policies and implement them.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field.
1–3 years of experience managing Amazon/Flipkart accounts (preferred).
Strong understanding of marketplace algorithms, SEO, and PPC campaigns.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and marketplace seller portals.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Flipkart Seller Hub, Amazon Seller Central.
Experience in handling paid advertising campaigns on marketplaces.
Understanding of product photography & A+ content creation.
