**Responsibilities**:
- Strategizing and owning the growth initiatives of the placement team.- Experimenting with different outreach channels and gathering insights from them.- Communicating updates, reports, and insights to the relevant stakeholders- Analyzing the data and presenting it to the stakeholders for effective decision-making.- Identifying the loopholes in the current process and coming up with solutions to improve the existing process.- Conducting user research and market research and suggest new opportunities.- Assisting the product teams in shipping new features for the internal teams and users.- Opportunity to work on no-code tools like Retool, Zapier, etc.

**Requirements**:
- Is in the pre-final or final year of a bachelor's degree.- Good knowledge of SQL and Excel.- Good problem-solving skills and enthusiasm for early-stage startups.- Good to have - Experience in B2B Sales, Growth, Product Ops, or Similar roles.
