They operate across Tier 3–5 towns, bringing modern retail to small-town India without compromising on value, quality, or trust.Role OverviewWe’re looking for a dynamic individual to join the Founder’s Office, working directly with the founders on high-impact business initiatives. This is a unique opportunity for someone with a product management background who wants to transition into business strategy, growth, and execution. You’ll act as a problem-solver, operator, and project owner across multiple verticals — shaping decisions that directly impact client’s growth journey.What You’ll Do- Work closely with the founder to drive strategic initiatives across retail, e-commerce, supply chain, and membership programs.- Own end-to-end problem statements — from framing opportunities to executing pilots and scaling solutions.- Utilize your product mindset to bring structured thinking and data-driven decision-making to complex business problems.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (tech, ops, finance, marketing) to ensure smooth execution of key projects.- Build dashboards, frameworks, and playbooks for business operations and strategic priorities.- Represent the Founder’s Office in internal and external stakeholder meetings, ensuring alignment and timely follow-ups.What We’re Looking For- 2 years of Product Management experience (or equivalent role with product exposure).- Strong problem-solving ability with comfort in ambiguity and fast-paced environments.- Analytical thinker with the ability to interpret business metrics and translate them into actionable plans.- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
