**JOB DISCRIPTION**
**JOB TITLE** -Client Support Executive
**SKILLS- **Must have excellent communications skills in both oral and written.
**JOB LOCATION**:
- Bangalore/Bengaluru
**CTC: 2- 3 L.P.A**
**CLIENT SUPPORT EXECUTIVE**
Client support executive will be primarily responsible for handling customer queries in a professional and timely manner. You should be able to oversee your team members and provide support as and when required. Also, you should be able to conduct follow-up calls. You should have excellent communication skills and the ability to offer an enhanced customer experience.
**JOB RESPONSIBILTIES**
- You would be in the frontlines of problem solving for the product after the sales team.
- Should be able to handle 50-80 calls per day.
- Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
- Should be able to create customer satisfaction by solving their queries and handling their complaints.
- Provide complete and accurate information by using the right way and right methods.
- Should be able to work with sales team also, to stay updated about the product or any required changes
- Conduct follow ups to ensure complete resolution of issues.
- Should to be able to build a trustworthy and positive relationship with customers
**REQUIRED SKILLS**
- 1-4 years of work experience in the same field.
- Fresher’s can be considered.
- Must have good communication skills(written as well as oral )
- Must have good knowledge of MS. Excel.
- MBA/BBA will be preferred.
**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
