**Role Overview**:
The Mutual Fund Operations Executive will be responsible for handling end-to-end operational processes related to mutual fund transactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing seamless support to clients and internal teams. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering excellent service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Transaction Processing**:

- Process purchase, redemption, switch, and systematic transactions for mutual funds.
- Verify and reconcile transaction details with fund houses or RTAs (Registrar and Transfer Agents).
- **Client Servicing**:

- Respond to client inquiries related to mutual fund investments, NAVs, and transaction statuses.
- Provide guidance on operational procedures and resolve discrepancies.
- **Reconciliation and Reporting**:

- Perform daily reconciliation of mutual fund units and balances.
- Prepare periodic reports for clients, management, and regulatory bodies.
- **Compliance and Regulatory Adherence**:

- Ensure all processes comply with SEBI (Securities and Exchange Board of India) and AMFI (Association of Mutual Funds in India) regulations.
- Maintain accurate records and support audit requirements.
- **System Management**:

- Utilize mutual fund platforms like MF Utility, BSE Star MF, or NSE NMF for transaction execution.
- Update and maintain client investment records in internal systems.
- **Coordination and Collaboration**:

- Liaise with fund houses, RTAs, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Support the sales team with operational assistance for onboarding and servicing mutual fund clients.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**: Graduate in Commerce, Finance, or related fields. MBA or certifications like NISM Mutual Fund Certification is an advantage.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in mutual fund operations or a similar role.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in mutual fund platforms like MF Utility, BSE Star MF, or NSE NMF.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
