**Responsibilities**:

- Required at least 1 year of experience in Customer Care Services.
- Answer phone calls in a more professional manner and provide information about products and services as required by the callers.
- Provide accurate and complete information to customers by using the right tools, processes, and procedures.
- Effective communication skills: A customer care executive must have the ability to communicate both verbally and in writing.
- Must have experience in Inbound Calling.
- Should be available for morning/afternoon/night shift.
- Ability to effectively work with a team.
- Keep records of interactions and transactions of customers, keeping records of details of customer complaints, inquiries, and comments.
