**Key Responsibilities**:
**Administrative Support**:
2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of transactions, including contracts, closing documents, and other relevant paperwork.

3. Coordinate with agents, brokers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction processing.

**Operations Management**:
1. Manage day-to-day operations, including office administration, supplies, and equipment maintenance.

2. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and other service providers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services.

3. Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency.

**Reporting and Analytics**:
1. Prepare and submit reports on transaction activity, including sales data, market trends, and other relevant metrics.

2. Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, providing insights to support business decisions.

**# Requirements**:
1. Real Estate Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in real estate, preferably in an administrative or operational role.

2. Administrative Skills: Excellent administrative, organizational, and time management skills.

3. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with agents, brokers, clients, and other stakeholders.

4. Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience with real estate software, including transaction management and CRM systems, is a plus.

5. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and provide insights to support business decisions.
