**Job Summary**:
The **Investor Relations Manager** will be responsible for managing relationships with current and potential investors, ensuring transparent communication, and providing strategic financial insights to enhance the company’s market position. The role requires a deep understanding of financial reporting, market trends, and effective communication skills to engage with stakeholders and investors.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute investor relations strategies to enhance shareholder value.
- Maintain and build relationships with investors, analysts, and stakeholders.
- Prepare and present financial reports, earnings releases, and investor presentations.
- Monitor industry trends, market developments, and competitor performance to provide strategic insights.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and transparent financial communication.
- Organize investor meetings, earnings calls, and corporate events.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to investor relations.
- Manage investor inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses.
- Assist in fundraising efforts and capital market strategies.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in investor relations, finance, or corporate communications.
- Strong knowledge of financial markets, corporate finance, and investment principles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in financial reporting, analysis, and investor communication tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
