**Key Responsibilities: -**

**Order Fulfillment & Delivery:

- **
- **Oversee the end-to-end delivery process**, from order placement to customer receipt.
- **Regularly monitor assigned spreadsheets**to track incoming orders and ensure timely processing
- **Coordinate with logistics partners and internal teams**to ensure timely dispatch and resolution of delivery issues.
- **Maintain accurate records**of order status and returns.

**Product Management:

- **
- Coordinate the **research and development of new digital or physical products.**:

- **Keep up with trends in**online retail, footwear, and digital marketing to **recommend new opportunities**:

- **Ensure product data**(descriptions, specs, pricing, images) is complete and accurate.
- **Upload and manage product listings**across our e-commerce platform(s).

**Website Coordination:

- **
- **Collaborate with the design and marketing teams**to align visual and written content.
- **Monitor online sales and website performance; provide regular reports with actionable insights.**:

- **Products to be uploaded in different categories using the right keywords**(focusing on SEO Keywords) which helps to improve product visibility
- **Handle website updates**ensuring optimal user experience and accuracy, **and troubleshoot technical issues**with the web development team

**Requirements:

- **
- **Bachelor’s degree in any field**:

- **Excellent Writing and communication skills (English)**:

- Self-starter with **creative ideas**.
- **Ability to juggle multiple deadlines**and **respond quickly to trends**.
- **Familiarity with social media platforms**(Instagram, Facebook)
