**Requirements**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. **Outbound Calling**: Proactively reach out to potential clients through outbound calls to introduce our stock broking services. Clearly articulate the benefits of becoming an authorized personnel for trading and investment activities.

2. **Education and Information**:Provide detailed information about the stock market, investment options, and the services offered by our brokerage firm. Address queries and concerns of potential clients, ensuring a clear understanding of the authorization process.

3. **Lead Qualification**:Identify and qualify potential clients based on their interest, financial goals, and suitability for stock market activities. Document relevant information and update the CRM system with accurate details.

4. **Appointment Setting**:Schedule appointments for authorized personnel consultations with our stockbrokers. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless transition and follow-up on appointments.

5**. Target Achievement**:Work towards and achieve monthly targets for generating authorized personnel in the stock broking sector.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Minimum of **2 years** of experience in **telecalling or customer service**.
- Knowledge of **stock market operations** and **financial products**.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle objections and effectively convey complex information.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.

**BANKING EXPERIENCE NOT ELIGIBLE**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
