**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- PMO Support
- Calendar Management: Maintain Director’s and VP’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.
- Travel Management: Make travel and Visa arrangements for Managers/Directors of the respective team/Service Platform. Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
- Record Maintenance: Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible. Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned by working on various tools aligned to their department. (CMDB, BI). Medical Claim submission - UHCP. Expense Claim submission - CONCUR. Working on Multiple Tools to adhere for best service. (Resource Booking, MYF, Addison Lee, KDS, DCIW, COUPA, UNA, etc.,
- Capacity Management: onboarding, off boarding; Internal Movement
- Event Management: Organizing the events for team, Monthly Townhalls, Fun Events for refreshment, Birthday Planning
- Calendar and Diary Management, Fixing appointments, meetings, preparing a synopsis of reports and presentation
- Collecting, analyzing and summarizing reports (MIS) from various department heads and reporting to the Director & formulating strategies for improvement
- Coordinate for any meetings and special events
- Maintaining confidential files & ensuring MIS are in place for easy retrieval
- Provisioning high level administrative support involving efficient management of office equipment, housekeeping, office administration & transportation
- Handling the Mails and calls, which comes from various internal departments and external stake holders for their requirements.
- Replying to the employee queries related to maintenance, housekeeping and pantry services.
- Meeting Rooms Arrangement as per Associates mails.
- Handling of pedestal keys as for employees requirement.
- Generating Daily, weekly, Monthly, reports.
- Handling Overall Housekeeping, Cafeteria, Pantry, Mail room service.
- Logging Helpdesk calls and working of timeline priority closure.
- Requests like Food & Beverage, events arrangements carried out.
