- Providing secretariat duties across a range of project working groups and boards to ensure all project records are maintained and accurately updated will support the implementation of processes, procedures, and good working practices.

**Role Responsibility**

**Professional Responsibilities & Reporting**:

- Day-to-day support of the Engineering Leaders, Project Managers, Leadership and Support team
- Ensure the successful implementation of the PMO’s strategy, responsibilities, services and deliverables.
- Work with Project teams to provide project and financial reporting.
- Ensure dependencies are managed and accurately maintained.
- Build cohesion within various MapleLabs support teams and PMO and motivate other stakeholders to deliver quality outcome
- Prepare regular status reporting to all levels of the program and project organization.
- Support the change control process.
- Support project planning and milestone management; Implement project controls and governance.
- Single Operations point of contact for specific customer engagements.
- Some of the Operations are
- Physical and Virtual Assets Lifecycle Management
- Business SoWs/PO management
- Customer engagement feedback management
- Define processes for various workflows such as best practices sharing, Access to info, templates, and training to streamline bottlenecks and improve productivity
- Curate work management tools, templates, and software to create a reliable repository of project data
- Information Management: a. Ensure that project information and documentation is securely stored on the agreed systems and are easily accessible by users Ensure timely and accurate provision and sharing of information
- Define and Manage the Project Management Information System (MIS) workflows

**Requirements**:

- BSc preferably in Informatics or Computer or MBA
- Working experience of 2 or more years in IT Organizations in Operations Support functions
- Very good background in IT ideally combined
- Eagerness to contribute in a team-oriented environment
- Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Desire to work in a multicultural information systems environment
- Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
