Job Brief

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
**Responisble for Overseeing day to day Operations.**
- Monitor the team performance, guiding and mentoring to get the best out of them
- Order Fullfillment

Inventory Management

End to End Logistic Work.

Managing Procurement & Supply Chain Functions including sourcing Products

Vendor Management

Negotiating with Suppliers, and insuring timely delivery of Products.
- Creating an e-comm Sales strategy, Annual sales planning and monitoring with partners. Relationship management with agencies and partners, New channel partner identification and development in line with sales Strategy.
- Managing and executing promotional campaigns
- Providing insights on customer shopping trends to support assortment selection and identify assortment gaps
- Ensuring good customer service by addressing and ensuring the timely resolution of customer issues or comments
- Working closely with demand planning and warehousing teams in order to ensure smooth order fulfilment.

**Skills & Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s Degree / PG / MBA in Marketing or a related field
- Successful previous experience as a Sales Executive or Sales Manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Demonstrable track record of devising sales-enhancing strategies.
- Sound knowledge of prevailing procedures and techniques in e-commerce.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of e-commerce marketplaces
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- New Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- E-commerce: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
