Primary E-commerce Responsibilities

  1. Manage product listings, catalog accuracy, content uploads, and pricing across marketplaces and quick commerce platforms.
  2. Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with supply chain, and ensure timely PO scheduling (marketplaces & quick commerce).
  3. Execute and track promotions, campaigns, and visibility initiatives (deals, A+ content, brand stores, banners).
  4. Analyze sales performance, conversion rates, traffic, and returns to identify improvement opportunities.
  5. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (marketing, supply chain, customer service, finance) for smooth operations.
  6. Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and resolve operational or customer-related escalations.

Key Skills Required

  • E-commerce Operations: Strong knowledge of marketplace dashboards (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Nykaa, Blinkit, Instamart, Zepto, etc.).
  • PO & Inventory Management: Hands-on experience in stock planning, order management, and quick commerce PO scheduling.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards) and ability to interpret data-driven insights.
  • Digital Merchandising: Understanding of SEO optimization, product visibility, and content enhancement.
  • Communication & Coordination: Ability to work with internal teams and external partners to drive execution.
  • Problem-Solving: Quick decision-making to resolve operational bottlenecks.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
