Position: E-Commerce Executive

Location: Delhi NCR Near Kaushambi Metro Station

Experience: 1 Year Minimum

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of e-commerce platforms such as India Mart, Ali Baba, TradeIndia, or other websites, ensuring smooth functionality and seamless user experience.
  • Update and optimize product listings, images, descriptions, and promotional content to maximize visibility and sales.
  • Monitor and improve online customer journeys, forward inquiries to the concern person, and ensure timely resolution of issues to enhance satisfaction.
  • Support On/Off Page SEO, SEM, social media campaigns, and email marketing initiatives to increase traffic, conversions, and brand visibility.
  • Track, measure, and analyze website and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Microsoft Excel.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, logistics, and design teams to implement campaigns and strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Hands on experience on E-commerce websites.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate performance data and apply insights to improve strategies.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms (Indiamart, Tradeindia, Woo Commerce, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel, and related tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with teams and handle customer interactions.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute e-commerce growth strategies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹18,000.00 per month
