Job Brief

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Develop & implement e-commerce strategy including sales & marketing, to drive the top & bottom line
- Prepare and present annual, quarterly and monthly vertical budgets in discussion with the top leadership
- Monitor the team performance, guiding and mentoring to get the best out of them
- Implement best practices, controls & processes.
- Creating an e-comm Sales strategy, Annual sales planning and monitoring with partners. Relationship management with agencies and partners, New channel partner identification and development in line with sales Strategy.
- Continuously improve and benchmark the shopping experience by Optimising website features, providing new product offering, customer service.
- Driving the sales performance of the e-commerce platform
- Managing and executing promotional campaigns
- Providing insights on customer shopping trends to support assortment selection and identify assortment gaps
- Ensuring good customer service by addressing and ensuring the timely resolution of customer issues or comments
- Working closely with demand planning and warehousing teams in order to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
- Providing analysis and reporting on metrics such as weekly/monthly sales by department, new product sell-through and offering code performance

**Skills & Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s Degree / PG / MBA in Marketing or a related field
- Successful previous experience as a Sales Executive or Sales Manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Demonstrable track record of devising sales-enhancing strategies.
- Sound knowledge of prevailing procedures and techniques in e-commerce.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of e-commerce marketplaces
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
