We Care Staffing Solutions is a leading Laboure hire Agency and Community service provider operating from Melbourne Australia since 2012 with more than 500 care professionals working in health care sector everyday, WCSS has services across the three states Victoria, ACT and NSW and we operate from 5 office locations

Due to recent growth in the sector, an opportunity has arisen for a full-time recruitment consultants to join our team based in Kochi office.Reporting to the team leader the recruitment coordinator’s key focus will be working on the assigned adds doing end to end recruitment process according to the selection criteria of each job profile

**Responsibilities**
- Assisting with ad writing and posting in various platforms
- Scheduling and conducting interviews.
- Ensuring strict documentation requirements are accurate and complete.
- Managing job boards
- Maintaining and updating the talent management system
- Assisting with specific projects
- Generating reports
- Achieves Recruitment KPI’s
- Assisting with other in-house recruitment when needed

**Skills required**
- An organized person who works well autonomously &/or within a team environment
- Demonstrated capacity to priorities daily workflow and complete set tasks in a timely manner.
- Strong knowledge of the end-to-end recruitment process
- Advanced computer skills and phone skills
- Outstanding communication and organizational skills are a must.
- Clear, pleasant, professional, and confident manner coupled with a genuine customer service focus.
- Experience working with HR management software and a range of Microsoft Office Programs
- A willingness to participate in the improvement of processes and systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment independently and as part of a team

**Qualifications / Experience**
- **Masters In Business Administration - MBA - HR**:

- Previous recruitment experience - Minimum 2-years preferably in health care sector.
- Should be available to work on different time zone Australia / New Zealand
- Two professional referees
- Excellent Proficiency in English in all areas listening ,reading writing and speaking
- high level Computer literacy Microsoft products/ Recruitment platforms

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
