**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the firm's services and enhance brand visibility.
- Manage and grow social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.) with engaging content.
- Create, curate, and distribute marketing content, including blogs, newsletters, case studies, and project highlights.
- Collaborate with design and business development teams on pitch decks, client presentations, and proposals.
- Maintain and update the company website, ensuring content is current and visually appealing.
- Conduct regular market research to stay ahead of trends, competitors, and target audience preferences.

**Qualifications Required**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in interior design, architecture, real estate, or a creative field.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and social media management.
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written.
- A good eye for visual design, branding, and aesthetics.
- Experience with design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.

**Preferred Attributes**
- Experience in the architecture, design, or creative services sector.
