Sales Administrator

**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a dynamic and organized Sales Administrator to support our sales team and ensure smooth sales operations. The primary responsibility will be managing and distributing leads, ensuring timely follow-ups, updating lead status, and collaborating with the sales team for optimal performance.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Leads Distribution**: Effectively distribute incoming sales leads to the appropriate sales team members based on predefined criteria.
- **Team Coordination**: Regularly communicate with the sales team to track progress on assigned leads and provide necessary support to ensure timely closures.
- **Follow-ups**: Ensure timely follow-ups with team members regarding lead status and pending actions. Monitor progress and keep the sales process on track.
- **Lead Updates**: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date record of leads in the CRM system, including lead status, contact information, and notes.
- **Reporting**: Generate regular reports on lead performance and follow-ups for management review.
- **Administrative Support**: Provide general administrative support to the sales team, assisting with scheduling meetings, managing documents, and coordinating sales-related activities.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in sales administration, lead management, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Proactive and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Job Location : Bhopal
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
