The Reservation Operations team at Headout ensures that the inventory within the organization and delivery of these experiences to our customer hits a perfect balance. The Reservation Operations team strives to make every booking fulfillment at Headout, a success.
***What makes this role special?**:
- **Time is key.** You will need to provide a seamless experience for all Headout guests by handling their reservations in a timely manner.
- **Connecting blocks of our business.** You will essentially act as a bridge between our supply partners and guests by communicating effectively.
- **Striving for perfection.** We would love for you to take initiative to create processes that make our booking fulfillment methods more progressive.
- **A creative streak.** You will need to be creative when it comes to handling escalations from our guests or supply partners.
**What skills & experience do you need?**:
- **Attention to the T.** No tiny detail passes your eye unchecked. You're able to spot the smallest of problems, solving which can have the biggest impact.
- **Language Proficiency**. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in the English language.
- **You're like Monica Geller**. Organized and process-driven, with an itch to improve anything sub-optimal.
- **You're in it for the long haul.** You think long term while solving problems and not focus on immediate fixes.
