We currently have vacancies for a Reservations Associate to join our Reservations team.

**Duties**:
To assist in implementing reservation procedures and measuring performance against results.
To coordinate reservation requirements and handle inter-department communications.
Maintain good relations with corporate accounts, travel agencies, airline, and other booking sources.
To alert Reservations Manager sudden fluctuation in occupancy level.
To closely monitor tight dates and give recommendations to Reservations Manager on yield opportunities.

**Requirements**:
Administration skills
Has relevant experience within the hotel industry
Has strong interpersonal and communication skills
Detail-orientated and has good organizational skills
Is professional, discereet and can handle sensitive information
Upholds professional values, ethics and integrity at all times
Enjoys problem solving with a can-do attitude
Organization skills
