- **Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Processes, Pereventive Maintenance, Breakdown, Repairing, Machine Efficiency,.

Roles And Responsibilities -.
Inspecting :Regularly inspect machines, equipment and systems for quality and stability.
Ensure the daily check points as per daily check sheet..
Repairing :Perform repairs on machines, equipment, and systems.
Respond to emergency repair..
Maintaining :Maintain Mechanical, Boiler and electrical systems, and ensure they are in good working order..
Planning and Scheduling /Preventive Maintenance :Schedule routine repairs & maintenance work..
Maintaining inventory :Maintain inventory records for each department.
Keep and Fill the inventory upto date for smooth execution of Production process..
Maintain Repairing Records :Maintain repairing record or new machine installation record if any for safety and warranty purpose..
Following safety measures :Abide by safety measures and policies..
Communicating :Communicate existing and potential issues with supervisors and Production Manager..
Developing and Maintaining budgets :Help develop and implement the maintenance department budget.
Manage maintenance budgets and ensure that all maintenance activities stay within budgetary constraints..
Existing Machinery Training :Stay updated to new innovation and technology and give it's training to team time to time..
New Machinery Installation and Training and Development :Train Machine Operators and Production Workers on routine preventive maintenance..
Troubleshooting equipment malfunctions :Inspect and test machinery and equipment to diagnose malfunctions and determine needed repairs.
Identify Faults & Efficiency Issues and Implement Improvements :Keep Eye on the detail and identify the faults to ensure the efficiency of machines.
Maintenance engineers may identify opportunities for process or equipment improvements and develop and implement solutions to improve equipment reliability and performance..
Creating Cleaning & maintenance procedures :Design maintenance procedures and strategies for the plant or machinery..
