Position Details Designation: Sales Manager (East) Location: Kolkata (Local candidates preferred) Experience: 2–5 years Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering Salary: ₹40,000 per month + Attractive Incentives Key Responsibilities Manage site installations of sub-soil drainage systems and related civil works. Meet consultants, architects, and clients to present and promote company products. Coordinate between clients, contractors, and internal technical teams for seamless project execution. Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the Eastern region. Conduct client meetings, site visits, and technical presentations to generate project leads. Ensure timely, quality execution and client satisfaction at all project sites. Maintain detailed project documentation, including site progress and installation reports. Skills & Competencies Strong technical knowledge of civil and construction practices. Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills. Ability to manage both technical and commercial aspects of projects. Self-motivated, responsible, and capable of managing field operations independently. Willingness to travel within the Eastern region (Guwahati, Ranchi, Bhubaneswar, Patna). Additional Requirements Candidate should have a two-wheeler for field visits and a laptop for reporting and presentations. Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential. Remuneration Fixed Salary: ₹40,000 per month Incentives: Attractive, performance-based incentives linked to sales and project completion
