**CSA Job Description**

Supermarket customer service assistants both directly help customers inside the store and via telephone, as well as help with maintaining the store. A supermarket customer service assistant's duties and responsibilities can include guiding customers to the items they need, replenishing the grocery shelves when items go out of stock, assisting with the checkout process, helping customers load their groceries into their vehicles, cleaning the store and gathering shopping carts in the parking lot. They may also help out with customer returns and interact with management and other floor workers as necessary to handle complaints and requests.

**CSA Responsibilities**:

- Cleaning and maintaining tools and equipment and ensuring displays and signage are accurate and attractive.
- Weighing, packaging, pricing, and displaying products.
- Keeping records, budgets, and inventory.
- Performing quality inspections of stocks and other products.
- Adhering to food safety and sanitation controls.
- Greeting and speaking to customers, providing advice, answering questions, and accepting orders or payments.
- Coordinating deliveries or order pickups.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Rotational shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- New Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Food Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (required)
