**Position Title**:Customer Support Executive

**Experience**: 1-3 Years

**Location : Banjara Hills, Hyderabad**

**No Sales & No Targets**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for resolve customer queries
- Responsible for coordinating with the prospects to verify and or retrieve the required information
- Qualify leads based on the defined criteria
- Setting up an appointment for further sales meeting
- Identify the portfolio and requirement of the prospective customers.
- Maintaining accurate information of the customer records

**Qualification: Any Bachelor Degree**

**Working Hours**:
Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM to 06:00 PM

Saturday: 10:00 PM to 02:00 PM

Sunday: Week Off

**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- East, NEW Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
- Hindi (preferred)
