**Job Title: Field Sales Executive**

**Job Summary**:
The Field Sales Executive is primarily responsible for selling products or services directly to potential customers in a designated geographical area. This role involves frequent travel to meet clients, understand their needs, and offer solutions to drive sales and revenue growth for the company.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Prospecting and Lead Generation**:

- Identify and research potential clients and market segments within the assigned territory.
- Cold calling, networking, and attending industry events to generate leads and create opportunities for sales.
- **Client Engagement**:

- Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective clients to understand their requirements and present suitable products or services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Provide demonstrations or presentations of products/services to showcase features and benefits.
- **Sales Negotiation and Closing**:

- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and contracts tailored to meet the needs of each client.
- Negotiate terms and pricing agreements to reach mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Close sales and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- **Market Intelligence**:

- Gather market intelligence and competitor insights to identify opportunities for growth and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams regarding customer preferences, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including client interactions, sales calls, and revenue forecasts.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and territory analysis for management review.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
