**Role Description**

This is a full-time Talent Acquisition Executive role based in Kolkata. The Specialist will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, hiring, conducting interviews, and enhancing the employer branding efforts of Fusion TechLab. This role involves collaborating with various teams to attract and retain top talent for the organization.

**Qualifications**
- Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring skills
- Interviewing expertise
- Employer Branding knowledge
- Ability to strategize and execute effective recruiting processes
- Experience in talent acquisition and HR best practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment software

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
