- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the sales process.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in sales or a related field is highly desirable.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
