**Full job description**

Job Summary:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Customer Acquisition and Sales: Identify and meet potential customers to promote monthly systematic investment plan (MSIP) yearly systematic investment plan (YSIP) retrofitting services, and breakdown services.

2. Quotation Management: Follow up for Sales quotes from the estimation team and follow up rigorously until positive or negative closure.

3. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with procurement managers, facility managers, and other key decision-makers. Address customer queries and provide timely resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

4. Payment Collection: Follow up on invoices and outstanding payments to ensure timely collections in line with company policies. Maintain accurate records of collections and provide updates to the accounts department.

5. Customer Engagement Activities: Assist in organizing customer meetups, and events to strengthen customer relationships and promote company services. Represent the company professionally at industry events and trade shows.

6. Market Research and Feedback: Monitor industry trends, and customer need to identify new opportunities. Provide feedback to the management team for service improvements and innovation.

7. Other Responsibilities: Participate in cross-functional team discussions to align sales strategies with company goals. Perform additional activities as assigned by the General Manager.

**Key Result Areas (KRAs)**:
1. Sales Targets: Achieve assigned sales targets for MSIP, YSIP retrofits, and breakdown services.

2. Customer Follow-Up: Ensure timely follow-up on all quotations and convert at least 80% of opportunities into sales closures.

3. Payment Collections: Achieve 95% of timely payment collection within the due date.

4. Customer Retention: Maintain a customer retention rate of 98% through effective relationship management.

5. Customer Engagement Activities: Successfully organize and contribute to 25 customer meetups every day and events / Training annually.

6. Reporting Accuracy: Submit accurate and timely sales, collection, and market feedback reports.

**Education**: 12th and above or a related field.

**Experience**: 0-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in related industries.

**Skills**
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven negotiation and sales closure abilities.
- Other: Willingness to travel and close more deals.
- Good understanding of real estate business.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
