As a Sales Executive, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients and play a vital role in growing our YujYoga community.

**Client Interaction**
- Make outbound calls to leads and inquiries received through UrbanPro, Instagram, website, walk-ins, etc.
- Answer incoming calls, share class information, and schedule trial/demo sessions.
- Welcome and assist walk-in clients, provide studio tours, and introduce our offerings.

**Sales & Conversion**
- Explain yoga packages, membership options, and current offers.
- Meet monthly sales targets and maintain conversion ratios.

**Data Management**
- Maintain client database (calls, visits, follow-ups) in Excel or CRM software.
- Record attendance, feedback, and package renewals.

**Studio Support**
- Assist during events, workshops, and festive campaigns like Akshaya Tritiya offers.
- Ensure a warm, welcoming atmosphere at the front desk.

**Who We're Looking For**
- Passionate about wellness, yoga, and holistic living.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Fluent in English and Hindi/Marathi.
- Prior experience in sales, wellness, or customer service is a plus.
