**Skills and Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Accounts Executive
- **Must have practical knowledge of TDS Implications & GST Reconciliation.**:

- **Must know Vendor Payment & Management**:

- Knowledge of other Account details
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office and Tally Prime or Tally ERP 9 is a plus
- Organizational and time-management skills

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Accurate preparation of the annual budget of an organization. While each department may develop its budget, the Accounts Executive examines them and makes adjustments depending on the company's overall financial expectations.
- As an Accounts Executive, you may collaborate closely with other members of top-level management, including the chief financial officer and the company president.
- Financial reporting is critical to a business' success. As an Accounts Executive you need to be able to translate what others perceive as random figures into clear, precise information on the financial development of the organization
- Maintaining fundamental reports such as a balance sheet, cash flow statement, and profit and loss statement are essential, it's equally vital for you to also be able to analyze data by department.
- Should understand which tax forms to file and when. This may involve employee withholding taxes or sales taxes. Accounts Executive oversee the timely and complete payment of all taxes.
- Copy cheques or invoices, record payments, and expenditures into a financial software system, file accounting papers, and assist with reporting.

**Interview Starting Date**: 26.11.2024 onwards

**Interview Time**: 11 AM to 4 PM

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.31 - ₹20,000.06 per month
