We are looking for an Accounts Executive with 3–5 years of experience to join our Finance & Operations team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing end-to-end accounting functions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations in Tally – entries, ledgers, and reconciliations.
- Prepare detailed Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) and resolve discrepancies.
- Handle accounts payable/receivable, GST, TDS, and ESI compliance.
- Maintain accurate financial records and support monthly/annual closings.
- Prepare MIS reports and assist in budgeting and analysis.
- Should be able to multitask and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Requirements
- B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter with 3–5 years of accounting experience.
- Strong in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and core accounting principles.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
