**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations - **create invoices, pass sales, purchase and expenses voucher entries in Tally.**:

- Manage **accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.**:

- Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Conduct month-end and year-end closing processes.
- **Reconcile bank statements** and ensure all financial records are accurate and up to date.
- Knowledge of **PF, ESI,** **GST and TDS filing and Income Tax.**:

- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate with external auditors during audits and provide necessary documentation and support.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in **Tally and Excel**.

**Experience**:

- Proven experience as an **Accounts Executive** or in a similar role within the accounting field.
- Total work: 5 years (preferred)
- Accounting: 5 years (preferred)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**:
₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus

**Experience**:

- Knowledge of Excel: 2 years (required)
- Generating e-invoices: 1 year (required)
