**Banking Transactions**: Manage all aspects of banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, fund transfers, and reconciliation of bank statements.
- **Payments Processing**: Process supplier invoices, employee reimbursements, and other outgoing payments accurately and in a timely manner. Ensure adherence to payment terms and approval procedures.
- **Accounts Receivable/Payable**: Monitor accounts receivable aging, follow up on outstanding invoices, and coordinate with customers for timely payments. Manage accounts payable by verifying and processing vendor invoices.
- **Day-to-Day Accounting**: Record daily transactions, maintain general ledger accounts, and ensure accuracy of financial data entry. Prepare journal entries and reconcile accounts as needed.
- **Financial Reporting**: Assist in the preparation of financial statements, management reports, and other financial analyses as required.
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements. Assist in internal and external audits as needed.
- **Cash Flow Management**: Monitor cash flow projections, analyze variances, and recommend actions to optimize cash management.
- **Documentation**: Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation of financial records, invoices, receipts, and other relevant documents.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
