**Job Description: Accounts Executive**

**Location**: A. J. C. Bose Road, Kolkata
**Salary**: ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 per month
**Experience**: Minimum 3 years of experience in a Chartered Accountant (CA) firm

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Accounting & Finalization**:

- Maintain and finalize accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
- **Taxation**:

- Handle TDS, GST, and income tax-related work, including returns and filings.
- **Auditing**:

- Assist in internal and statutory audits as required by the firm.
- **Compliance**:

- Ensure all financial practices comply with statutory laws and regulations.
- **Software Usage**:

- Work on Tally and other accounting software as required.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain proper financial documentation and prepare reports for management or client use.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience working in a CA firm is **mandatory**.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and other taxation norms.
- Proficiency in Tally and MS Office (especially Excel).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
